I filled out the form on your website. Why didn’t I receive an email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there, you can email us at info@borderfertilityivf.com and provide us an alternate email where we can contact you, preferably avoiding Hotmail, Outlook, and Yahoo emails.

I want to do my bariatric surgery next month, when should I contact you?

We recommend contacting us by filling out the form located on our website us as soon as you have decided on having the surgery. This way you have plenty of time to have all the tests done and to begin your pre-op diet accordingly. If we confirm that we can program your surgery immediately, we can select the date and prepare for your surgery.

When should I consider a bariatric specialist?

Bariatric surgery may be an option if you have severe obesity and have not been able to lose weight or keep gaining back any weight you lost using other methods such as lifestyle treatment or medications. This procedure may also be an option if you have medical problems associated with obesity, such as type 2 diabetes or sleep apnea.

How long does it take to get a response after I have provided all the required tests?

Once you provide all the required tests, we usually contact the patient within 24-48 hours to talk about your results and answer any questions you might have regarding the treatment. If you decide to move forward, a personalized zoom call will be scheduled so we can further talk about the surgery, diet requirements, and any medical questions you may have.

What is your cost for bariatric surgery?

The cost for the gastric sleeve is $7,400 and $8,400 for the gastric bypass which includes doctor fees, hospital stay, and anesthesia. This payment must be made within 2 weeks prior to scheduling your surgery.

Do you accept insurance, or offer payment options for bariatric surgery?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any type of insurance or offer any type of payment options for this procedure. All payments must be made 2 (two) weeks before scheduling your surgery.

How do I know what procedure is right for me?
